Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 June 2026

These terms govern your use of Recall (the "Software"), a browser extension provided by DIVDEV ("we", "us"), the developer of Recall. By installing or using the Software, you agree to these terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software. The free features are available at no cost. The premium "Visual Search" feature is unlocked by a one-time purchase and a license key issued to you. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your license key.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Software only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or circumvent its licensing in order to access paid features without payment.

3. Your data

The Software stores your data locally on your own device. We do not collect, receive, or have access to your browsing data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Payments

Purchases are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, acting as Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will capture or recall every page perfectly.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

7. Changes

We may update the Software and these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
