Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method. It may take a few business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Once refunded, your Visual Search license is deactivated. The free features of Recall remain available to you at no cost.
